She asked if I could come to Leeds to have a consultation, but as I couldn’t she booked me in for a video call which worked perfectly.

“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, Nicolly made me feel comfortable straightaway. She’d really listened to my ideas and came up with a beautiful design that far out weighed my expectations. She didn’t rush me and took her time to make sure I was 100% happy with size and placement, then went free hand to to add lots of details and make sure it flowed across my arm which I loved. It was a full day session and through out the process Nicolly kept checking in to see that I was ok and if I needed a break which was much appreciated. She was really friendly and easy to talk to which made me feel much more relaxed.
